A containerized warewashing pre-soak designed to loosen and emulsify food soils from surfaces of silverware and dishes. Safe for use on silver and other soft metals. An encapsulated metal-safe pre-soak with enzymes designed to soften protein soils.

In conjunction with aluminum foil, it will detarnish silverware. Use only in Vestec Autofeed Bowl Dispenser, as part of the Vestec Autofeed Warewash System.
